dou·la

/ˌdo͞olə/

I’m a professional birth and miscarriage doula trained through DONA International, a 3Hopeful Hearts grief companion volunteer, and serve as the 2024 Vice President of the board of the Northern Colorado Doula Association. This is my heart’s work. Birth is wild, likely the wildest thing you will ever do. I’m here to be your navigator, the way-finder to your empowered birth story. When things don’t go as planned I will be there to protect your experience and preserve every magical piece. No matter your birth history or hopes I am your ally and advocate. Whether at the hospital or birth center, a planned cesarean or unmedicated labor at home, there is beauty to be found in an empowered birth. No two stories are the same but one thing that holds true across all birth stories, support makes a difference.

You can find more info on the role of a doula over at the FAQs page or at the DONA website.
