This model is built on trust, not paperwork. You know your financial situation best, and we believe everyone deserves access to grounded, empowering birth support. By offering flexible pricing, we hope to hold space not just for individuals, but for the whole village.

We typically do consults virtually (over zoom). A consult call is usually around 45 minutes. Schedule here.

All initial consults are typically held with Kylee, unless you request otherwise!
During your consult, Kylee will take time to learn about your history, hopes, and desires for your birth experience and doula support. From there, she can recommend the best doula match for you — or, if you already have someone in mind, you’re welcome to request a specific team member to connect with.

At the time we sign our contract, we collect a 50% retainer fee to hold your spot on your doula’s calendar, and the remainder is due one month before your estimated due date. We accept HSA! If you have questions about wanting to customize a package to fit your needs, please ask.

Our typical service area includes Loveland, Fort Collins, and Greeley. However, we are sometimes available beyond these areas, depending on the doula. If you plan to birth outside of these areas but you’d like to explore the option of working with one of our doulas, let’s chat.

Essentially, you get to choose! If you set up a consultation with Kylee, we’ll assume you’re interested in working with her unless you make a note in the schedule that you’re interested in working with another of our phenomenal doulas!

Each doula in our practice works independently under the KTD Doulas umbrella. This means you’re receiving care from a self-employed professional who brings her own unique personality, experience, and strengths — while still following our shared approach, client curriculum, and high standards of care. And all of our clients get the chance to be Birthdaze students!

As a KTD client, you’ll experience a consistent, intentional journey from your first meeting to your postpartum visit, no matter which doula you work with. Every doula is trained in the same philosophy, follows the same client structure, and uses the same trusted resources — while still tailoring their care to you and your unique needs.
